Happy New Year!
It’s New Year’s Eve so what better time to wish you all the very best for 2016.
When you reach a certain age hoping for a healthy year becomes more and more important so that is my foremost wish and it goes out to everyone.
I’m as prosperous and happy as I’m ever likely to be I just want to stay healthy enough to enjoy family, friends and fishing!!
My guiding days for 2016 are filling up really quickly, I get lots of return bookings and some old friends have booked a full week!
So my message is a simple one, if you are considering booking a day with me than don’t leave it too late!
I only guide through summer and autumn and this coming year I am hoping to cut down just a little.
The Caer Beris Wye holiday breaks are becoming increasingly popular and I have four of these lined up for 2016. Once again my advice is to book up quickly because we practically sold out this past year.
If you like excellent food – and I mean serious Masterchef quality, great company, fabulous hotel and host, stunning scenery and with the chance for some superb fishing then this is for you!
I’ll sign off with a few pics taken over Christmas. My youngest daughter and her husband played host and we had a lovely time being waited on and having the opportunity to spend quality time with our wonderful grandaughter.
Be back soon with more fishing stuff, as long as the river Severn drops back enough for me to get safely down to the swims!!
